On 8 June 2025 Sheffield dairy farm Our Cow Molly welcomed hundreds of people to visit the farm at the public launch of its decarbonisation plans. We're now inviting South Yorkshire's famously generous community to support our crowdfunder to join an incredible team of people creating the biggest singular community energy project in Yorkshire.

Affordability is the biggest factor preventing people from retrofitting their homes - and promoting material-first retrofitting as best practice may mean that people never get started on their journey. Our current research looks at the benefits of starting small.
